This rustic home on Lake Minnetonka was designed for a paraplegic owner with a desire to gracefully age in place. We planned with the utmost attention to accessibility — including reinforced structure in the ceiling for lift equipment, level thresholds at all doorways, hallways wide enough to turn around in and designated counter heights.
